For your first picture, I love the action shot that you captured. Your shutter speed number seems to be at a good speed because the subject is definitely frozen in mid air. The only thing I would change would be turning the camera vertically to emphasize the jumping of the subject more.
In your pan photo, I liked the motion that you captured. A person riding a bike works good for this type of shot and I think you captured it pretty nicely. I also like how he's not directly in the middle of the photo and slightly to the right.
And for your last photo, I liked the subject that you chose. I tried taking pictures of a blurry skateboard as well and it works really well for this category. Your image seems a little blue so maybe you can try a different setting for your white balance. But, I like your Point of view in the image and how your camera is at a low angle.
