Great photos! I really like your first picture! The framing of the glow sticks works really well for framing the face behind them. In my opinion, I kind of like how the person's hands are cut off on the left edge of the photo as well. The slant of the glow sticks makes it seem like the camera is facing the subject on an angle, rather than straight on, which is also nice. I also noticed the shadows created of the glow sticks from the flash. I really liked how this photo turned out, though I wish the face was more in focus.
For your second photo, I think you captured the motion very nicely. I'm guessing the object further in the distance is a reflection, which is pretty clever and adds more depths to the photo. I only wish it wasn't cut off on the left side of the photo. Other than that I think you were very successful with this image.
